• Go to " Settings» and open « Application Manager».
• There we look for Google Play", as well as Google Framework Service, clearing the data.
• We reboot the device.

Did not help? Then another way:

• Yet again " Settings", Further " Accounts».
• There we find our account in Google and delete it.
• Add again, reboot the device.

If this does not help, then, following the instructions written above, we delete our account and do not add it ourselves, but create a new one and try to log in again. Then, by deleting the new one, you can restore the old one.
